Per the AAA “Housing information will be available Summer 2018”

There are of course the usual Airbnb’s, and some of you may qualify as well to stay at the local universities such as and

But these are also fairly nearby:

Hotel Clariana
(low to mid-priced)

Four Points by Sheraton
(low to mid-priced)

Hotel De Anza
(low to mid-priced)

Hyatt Place San Jose Downtown

AC Hotel by Marriott

San Jose Marriott

The Westin San Jose

Fairmont San Jose
(pricey but delightful, nice pool, decent breakfast buffet often included)

Also, the has listings for hotels and activities slightly further out if one is willing to Drive/Bus/Dash into the Convention Center daily. Ironically despite the Convention Center’s parking fees the truth is that accommodations located in other parts of San Jose as well as nearby cities such as Milpitas or Fremont are so much cheaper that it might behove one to rent a car and brave the local traffic. However, I only recommend this as a solution if your budget is quite tight and you are used to driving under heavy traffic conditions. Still another option might be hotels in those cities along the VTA 181 line.

**these are not recommended by the AAA but are places in the area which are rated well by other sources. Currently the AAA doesn’t have any recommendations for places to stay.
